Your documents do not travel over the Internet to our servers for these operations.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
**Your Files & Documents:** We do NOT permanently store, review, inspect, index, sell, or monetize any files you process using our client-side tools.**Biometric or Financial Data:** Any photos, signatures, IDs, or financial ledgers processed remain in local memory on your device.3. Most tools on Toolketly run in your browser; a few AI tools send the image to a third-party service. Specifically, the **Image Background Remover** and the **AI Passport Photo Creator** transmit your uploaded photo via encrypted HTTPS to the **remove.bg** API to perform background cutout.
**Third-Party Processing:** Images sent to remove.bg are handled according to [remove.bg's privacy policy](https://www.remove.bg/privacy). Toolketly does not operate or control third-party infrastructure and does not store your photos on our own servers.**Transparent Notice:** Toolketly displays a clear notice in the user interface before you upload photos in these tools, so you are informed prior to any third-party transmission.6. Server-Side Temporary Processing (Cloud Utilities)
For select features that require external server-assisted processing (such as optical character recognition assistance or document conversion proxies), data snippets are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS to our secure API endpoints. These inputs are processed strictly in-memory for the duration of the request and are immediately discarded.
